My time is flying by. There is only one month left to go back to Spain!
I do not like it. I want to stay here xD
This past weekend has been full of wonderful events.
On Saturday I went down to England, specifically to Newcastle, to visit a friend. It was a very short day TT ^ TT I have to repeat soon.
In Newcastle we were walking through the center and catching up on news. They also told me a little about the history of the city and its magnificent bridges and we went to a museum where we could see all the bridges from above, among other things. One pass all <3
Then we went to a store selling Spanish products in a market in the center of Newcastle, in the Grainger market. The store is called "La Casa Delicatessen". The people in the store, from Castilla La Mancha, charming <3
In addition, now they are going to open a bar attached to the store, which is going to be a novelty in these lands. An Spanish tasca, with snacks accompanying the drinks. And we recommend them to bring, like good Galician that we are, coffee liqueur and cream of marc, among other liquors ^^
I hope things go great! <3
We ate in a Mexican and we went to the town where this wonderful family lives.
On the way to Washington, the town where they live, we stopped at a monument called "The Angel of the North". A gigantic statue with the back of a man with airplane wings that my friend loves.
After a lot of pictures, we continued on the road to the village.
They showed me the part of the center of the town, its house, the house of the ancestors of George Washington by which the town receives the name, we dined like the Spanish weirdos that we are and it was time to leave.
Time flied!! I want more!
On Sunday we went to a lolita meeting in Glasgow to visit the cathedral and the necropolis <3
We got up early, we've got ready (the most wonderful Scotsman of the world dressed all elegant for the occasion <3 O <3) and we set off.
When we arrived at the station, half an hour before the meeting time, we found the beautiful Megan arriving already at the station, reason why we already remained and chat in the station. People were arriving and they were incorporated little by little.
I knew some people who attended the meeting, like Ághata (I do not know if it's well written like that) and Louie from other times I've been to Scotland; and Megan only from instagram's photos and follow each other on this social network, in fact, I added her to facebook also after ^^
One of the funniest conversations we had was about the nationality of the members of the Scottish lolita community xD Since half of the attendees at the meeting were from other countries, despite making or trying to make a living right now in Scotland xD German, Spanish, Polish, English people ... and the minority, Scottish. Funny, right? But our love for this land is pure, and we love to consider ourselves part of the Scottish Lolita community <3
The day flew by too. We had a great time, we took millions of pictures and then it was time for dinner and to retire home too ^^
The weekend was so intense that I hardly had time to rest, and it shows its effects. Today I woke up with red eyes as if it had been three days of permanent weeping. In addition to an unbearable headache u.u But with humor through the clouds. what is really important ^^
At work it was a busy day again! It was time to finish sewing the belcros to the togas, investigate how to join and close them as quickly and easily as possible so that they remain as the model that we had to copy and pin them for later sewing ^^
One day super-detained. It was time for me to go home faster than I imagined.
With all the mess of the weekend I did not have time to cook anything to take me to work today, so I only ate a mini peanut butter, cheese and jam sandwich. Also, with all the work we had, we only stopped to eat. So right now I'm starved TT ^ TT
This marvel of man had dinner half done when I got home, so I guess we'll have a quick dinner! <3 Today, curry prawns with rice! <3 <3 <3
